This Cremant de Loire comes from the Saumur and Touraine appellations. It is composed of 50% Chenin Blanc and 50% Chardonnay and is a mulit-vintage blend of 3 different vintages.

Lovely pink salmon color. Lively but not aggressive, bright juicy flavors, crisp acidity with lots of red fruits and a hint of pepper.

The soul of raciness and finesse, this wine is equal parts Chardonnay and Auxerrois from the 2013 vintage, bottled with no dosage, and disgorged in May of 2015. Electric and citrusy, with the earthy depth of the Auxerrois grape coming through on the palate, and firm limestone-y minerality on the finish.
